The rewards

Rewards don't stack — you always get the reward for your highest milestone, not the sum of all of them. Reach the next milestone and it replaces the previous one. Referrals that are later refunded stop counting, and a coupon applies to your own Premium subscription (so you'll see it on your next invoice).
